A: The agency of the Only Education Group can be divided into four levels and they are: regional agents, regional dealers, city agents and city dealers. Applying for a higher level is recommended if there is agent or dealer of the Only Education Group in your city.  However, all agents have a higher priority in agent level upgrade.

A: Yes. We have agent and dealer franchise schemes.All franchise fees are refundable for agents while the refund for dealers depends on the sales goal proportion.

Q: Is the franchise fee refundable if I withdraw from the franchise?

A: If you have joined the franchise fee refundable scheme and fulfilled the franchise sales quota, or Party A wish to terminate the contract, the franchise fee is refundable. If the franchise sales quota was not fulfilled and Party B wish to terminate the contract, the franchise fee is refundable when the contract expired.

Q: Can I transfer my franchise to others?

A: Upon the same conditions and obtain approval from the headquarters, all the three parties have to sign the franchise transfer agreement. The new franchisee has to receive training.

A: A certain amount of free trial CDs are provided to different agent models. The fees will be shared by Only Education Group with the agents or dealers if more trial CDs are required. The Only Education Group will be responsible for the fees of CDs to the end customers.
